Capitel Hospitality, a Subsidiary of Capitel, has Successfully Completed the Acquisition of La Mansión Restaurants

Capitel Hospitality S.A.P.I. de C.V., a subsidiary of Capitel, together with a group of private investors, successfully acquired La Mansión Restaurants from the private equity firm Nexxus Capital. Francisco Fernández Alonso, who has a long-standing and recognized career in the restaurant industry, has taken on the role of CEO and Chairman of the Board for this group.
